Sutherland Walk-in from 22nd 28th August 2007(including Sundays) Time: 10 AM- 5 PM TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVES/SR.TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVES Graduates / Diploma Holders with / without experience in Hardware Engineering / Operating Systems / Networking and an Aptitude for Troubleshooting of desktops / palmtops/ laptops may walk-in Excellent Spoken and written communication in English is a must. CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVES/SR.CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES Graduates / Diploma Holders with / without experience possessing good Customer Service skills. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English is a must. TECHNICAL TRAINERS Experience in Contact centre on Training for 6 months to 1 year is preferred. Expertise in Computer Hardware Networking & Operating Systems (Windows 9 x, Me, 2000, XP, Vista etc) International Certification like A+, MCP, MCSE and CCNA would be an added advantage. COMMUNICATION TRAINERS Experience in handling large batches of learners on Soft Skills , Voice & Accent with excellent communicative and communication skills. Any trainer certification or English language certification would be an added advantage. BPO experience in the role of a call coach or mentor is also welcome.
