Qualification MBA/ MSW.
Experience : at least 5 years in HR

Location : Chennai
Chennai Candidates Preferable
Candidates Should be well versed in:
1) Recruitment
2) Manpower Costing
3) Devising and Tracking of KRAs
4) Performance Management
5) Employee relationship
6) Must be Capable of Developing policy related to effective
utilization of manpower
7) Good knowledge in all other functions related to HR
Additional Requirements:
1) Must have the attitude to work in an unstructured environment.
Besides
2) He should be a team player with good interpersonal skills and
an ability to handle the other department Heads Should be very
ambitious in his career and willing to take the initiative.
3) Should have good sense of time management, planning &
organizing, judgment and decision making.
