Our Client is a UK based MNC, Leading CMM Level 5 Company providing software services for fortune500 companies is looking for Business Continuity Manager for their Development centre in Chennai. The Company has in its offering the best of the pay package and HR practices.
Qualification:Professional degree is preferred
Experience: 8-13 yrs
Skillset:
.Setting center Business Continuity Management (BCM) strategy and ensuring that it is reviewed annually
· Ensuring any tailoring to Corporate BCM processes and requirements,including any templates, and annual reviews
· The communication of Companies centre BCM strategy and processes
· Ensuring centre conformity to BCM best practices as typically represented by BSIs PAS56:2003, or any other standard which should supersede it
· Co-ordination of BCM across all of other two centre projects and functions
· Owning and writing centre BCM Plan and ensuring sign off from GBCM and annual reviews
· Testing centre BCM Plan in line with agreed schedules in the plan
· Reviewing centre projects and functions BCM plans
· Succession planning
· BCM training/ awareness at the centre
· BCI membership/ certification
· Establishing and maintaining centre level BCM Committee and ensuring that it convenes every 3 months
· Providing support to the centre projects and functions in executing their BCM plans
· To work closely with all projects and functions at the centre (specifically Risk, Quality, Delivery Governance, Information Security and Audit)
