Executive work with clients for whom Zoniac is a mission critical, revenue
impacting application.

Zoniac support executives advise the clients on a broad range of business
and technical issues -- and are partners in their success. While product
support is the team's main role, support engineer’s sphere of influence and
responsibility extends into the Engineering, QA, Consulting, Documentation
and Product Management teams.

Zoniac Support is the main hub for the product -- all information flows
through Support. This position is a great opportunity to exercise creative
and analytical thinking skills in a job that is both challenging and

Qualification :

Essential
---------
1. Excellent Communication skills (Oral and Written)
2. Training skills (Corporate and End-user training)
3. An extrovert with excellent people skills
4. Learning and selling attitude
5. Pro-Active problem solving skills

Necessary
---------
1.Prior experience in product/customer support (Atleast 1 year)
2.Willingness to Travel
3.Willingness to work in shifts (If necessary)
4.Work with Project Team to resolve technical issues

Technical Skills Desirable

1. Oracle / Postgres Knowledge (Should be conversant in writing SQL queries)
2. Java database programming knowledge
3. Basic Linux commands

Educational Qualification

MCA/ M.Sc.(Computer Science) /B.Sc (Computer Science)

Experience
----------
0-1 Year


Salary as Rs.15000/- for 2yrs exp
